Wednesday, February 27, members of NETRA and CTU testified at the public hearing on CT House Bill 5602 relative to off-road riding, trail development and trail funding. Please review the bill then contact your legislator with your comments and express your support. Attached is a copy of the bill. Do it now and do it for all of us – be assured that opponents are contacting their legislators to block our ability to ride on state lands. We need to be involved and be heard.
