Pursuant to requests at the Annual Meeting, a special meeting of the NETRA membership will be held on Friday, March 14th at 7:00 p.m. at the Sturbridge Host Hotel, 366 Main St., Sturbridge, MA, to vote on the proposed revision of NETRA’s by-laws. Two copies of the by-laws were handed out at the Annual Meeting – a marked up (black-lined) copy showing each change, and a clean copy for easy reading.
