NETRA’s online management system has made some major improvements for this up and coming season for Clubs. Because of the NETRA rule that states that everyone who is competing for points has to be a club member, the NETRA system will now manage all club members.


To do this, all clubs are responsible for inputting their membership list into the database system. For detailed instructions please see the attached flyer!

Failure to input your club’s membership list will mean that members of your club will NOT be recognized when points are inputted into the system after an event. To make this worthwhile, we have added in functionality to the system to allow clubs to easily manage their membership database. While clubs will NOT have the ability to edit anyone’s personal information, clubs will be able to generate membership lists in both PDF and Excel format to enable them to performing mailings to club members and it ensures that they will always have the most up to date address for their members.

A club’s Secretary and President will have the ability to input these lists. If you are an officer of a club and are not listed on www.netra.org/clubs as an officers, please email the webmaster at webmaster@netra.org with your:

NETRA Number

Club Name

Position within the club

Your information will be verified and added to the club’s contact information if you are not there already.

Club members will have to verify their membership by clicking on “Manage Club Affiliation” under the member tab of the navigation before they are officially a member of your club according to the system.

We have done our best to make the inputting of members names as easy as possible. Once the names are in there you do not have to go through and input them again. You can add and subtract members as members change clubs or move on. The system does NOT currently support maintenance of non NETRA affiliated club members.

The goal of this additional feature is to reduce club affiliation confusion when scoring. In the future the system is looking to allow clubs to be able to communicate more effectively with their club members.
