The primary reason for the NETRA PeeWee Scramble series is to provide an introduction to off-road riding to aspiring young riders. The series is designed to be safe and fun for all novice riders. Courses will be laid out so that any rider on a 50cc machine who has mastered the basic skills will be able to safely navigate the course. There will be (4) classes for all riders from ages 4-11 with rules that specifically exlude the more advanced riders competing in the Mini series. Riders that have entered a Mini event and found it too much for them are more than welcome in the PeeWee events.

Events will have staggered starts with 4 riders every 10 sec to help reduce the pressure of large starts and safely get riders on the course. Times will be compensated at the end and obviously the faster riders will start first. Events will last 45 min. - 1 hr. and the lead riders will complete 10-12 miles. Courses will be 1 1/2 - 3 miles with as many spectator points as possible. Course Marshalls will be continuously sweeping the course throughout the event and marshalls will be posted at any difficult obstacles to help younger riders.
